Errors when i try to install scikit learn

Question

I'm trying to to install scikit learn but i face a bunch od errors. I have installed scipy. When i type pip install -U scikit-learn it goes Installing build dependencies and thats when i faced with error

maybe it might be your storage space or maybe your pip is not installed properly
