How is the XP point from a challenge calculated?

Question

Sometimes I see "winner get 3XP" but if I lost I'll end up losing 30 or more XP whereas winning will just add the 3XP. It seems Sololearn get harder as we're moving up.

Win = (XP Shown) + (Correct Answers)
Loss = 32 - (XP Shown) - (Correct Answers)
