Any of these programming languages can be highly recommended for their respective positions.

They are all very popular.

If you want to do Android Applications Development, go for Java (and also Kotlin).

Else if Artificial Intelligence, go for Python (and Machine Learning).

And so on...

I think for beginners or simpler is Phyton or js too.
For more advanced i suggest Java (it's a bit complex and maybe for beginners a bit difficult).
But if we know Java then it's a very good language too.
