Why some badges aren't coming on time?

I have required upvotes for codes or questions, but still there's no the related badge in my account. Is there something I missed? or it just needs time to arrive. ☺

If the criteria is met then, Its possibly a bug and happens often.
Report it to solo learn they'll fix it..^_^

I too have the same problem. 9 of my codes have 5 or more upvotes but I didn't get the "5 codes with at least 5 upvotes" badge. And, this is the first time it happened to me too.
