Does anyone know any android application for running Java programes? I've been learning Java but can't practice much.

It's difficult for an average person to get a laptop with suitable specifications to run Java smoothly.
But, that shouldn't be a barrier to learning, right?
So, I need an android application that I can run my practice programmes with
