Any difference between self-taught programmers and college educated CS-programmers?
Mostly these days, you don't have to receive any formal education before you can become a good programmer. So, what's the essence of attending a college to learn programming when you have hundreds of resources to learn programming at your disposal. After mastering Javascript, Python, PHP, some C++ & Java, do I still need to attend college? (for certificate or what)? Is there any programming concept that can only be taught in the college? College taught or self-taught: which one is better?

It's hard to get a job without educational background.

I think with a high-level developer certificate you should have good chance. In that case I would learn for microsoft c# certificate 'programming in c#' with no. 70-483. With that you can show your potential chief your deep knowledge in c#. Your next company will know what it means to pass the exam.
I admit you have to pay examination fee.
