There are plenty of C++ libraries for this, in fact even the python ml libraries are written in C or C++ so they are a bit more performant. Python is slow and it will have difficulity with huge amounts of data. Its advantage is the interactivity (eg. Jupyter Notebook) and that most of the documentation and tutorials for ML are written for Python. But you can do ML in many other languages, including Java, Javascript, Kotlin, Julia, and even C++. Maybe it will be less trivial (for the scarcity of documentation) and more laborous (because you just need to compile your code every time to see some result), but it is definitely possible. So it's up to you what path you choose.
