What do you do when you are stuck?

I am really stuck with the first project in Python for DS. I reviewed the material and solved all the questions and quiz and I am trying to apply what I know to solve the project question but I have not been successful. It's been two days. I try searching online to see examples beyond the SL material but I am not able to figure the required logic.

What do you do when you are stuck like that?

Am stuck on the first Python coding problem. Test case 1 shows a green tick. If Test case 2 is solved and shows a green tick, then test case 1 goes red.

Have tried at least 50 times. It doesn't allow you to proceed to the next lesson.

I am really get stucked in the chatbotv1.1 in python,even I am writing correct code it may showing error.if I am solving test case 1 it showing correct symbol when I am going to solve test case 2 it showing me the test case 2 is correct and remaining test case 1 and 3 are wrong
Help to solve this
