Is it possible to expand the size of USB if its size shrinked during booting?

First of all sorry for this non programming stuff, But I just waana know if its possible to expand the size of my 4 GB pendrive which shrinks to 300 KB when i was trying to install LINUX OS on my computer system and also i am not Successful in installing... If its possible to expand its size from 300 KB then plse tell me how..

Use MiniTool partition wizard to restore size of your USB. Or you can use Gparted in linux. First delete all partitions of your USB and then create new partition with full size

that's just the boot partition, the os partition is ext4 which is not visible in windows, assuming you're using it. what software did you use to make the bootable usb?

try Balenaetcher, it's better when it comes to creating Linux bootable. what distribution you are trying ?
