Python Intermediate Certificate not showing?

I recently finished the python intermediate course and received the certificate. But when I went to check it, it was loading. It just said check your internet connection. And my internet connection is fine because when I check my beginner pythons certificate it works fine. This is also happening with other courses such Java. Is there a way to fix it?
