URGENT OFF-TOPIC: How to put unallocated space and new volume partition as the same disk as the C drive?
I need to expand my C drive because I couldn't install important driver updates so I got an SD card. I made a partition and created unallocated space but it appears in Disk 1 instead of Disk 0 (where the C drive is located, therefore I can't expand the C drive. Can someone please tell me how to put the contents of disk 1 into disk 0 without any third party software? This is urgent.

No Ipang even on my laptops original box it says the storage can be expanded with an SD card.

Yup, I'll have to contact HP. Definitely don't want to buy a new laptop, it's only 3 years old. This is what I get for getting a eemc 32gb laptop 🤦♀️

As I said, things may have changed bro.
Try to check the laptop's manual for instructions on how it can be done, if that is missing then contact the vendor, they should be helping their customer as part of the after sales service and responsibilty 👍

Hira Ali 👩🏻💻 in order to extend your C drive you need to use disk management utility which is provided by Microsoft and is inbuilt in all windows.
But in order to do that you need to have unallocated space right contigious to C drive.
You cannot use your SD card to expand C drive (even if you use 3rd party utility) and I won't suggest using 3rd party utility since it may corrupt your data.
Your best bet is to format the disk which is right contigious to C drive and create unallocated space to merge that space. But make sure to back up your important data just in case.
Hope it helped.

As I understand it (things may have changed now) different storage device cannot be used as expansion of a main partition without help of a utility.
I guess your best bet would be to free up some space from the main partition by moving stuffs to the SD card in order for the driver update download to proceed.
