Quize program need some corrections in right and wrong colour and already answered

There is code. When you click correct answer then answer show green light but it is not show and same as in incorrect answers but it not work

2) when click any options and re-click then in inspect elements div is not show already answered

Ok thanks rkk but second time i need help see this

When i Answerd all questions and i tap try again and home button its already selected

2) home page questions number not show after click next it will show

3) last function not work if i remove comments and on function there is not work see and fix please
