The INDIAN Rushikesh★ The code is fully Valid and written correctly and even you haven't defined that variable then also it will not break the flow but there is one problem in code which is hidden 🕳️ That is a Hidden Character ,Hidden Characters are usually General Characters from the family of tabs and space but they are treated differently as each character have their own unique character code
Programming languages are made to be used with spaces and tabs so you can't use hidden characters if used they will give syntax errors
But HTML and CSS are a bit Dumb Even an error occurs in them they doesn't show that in console

Generally an error in css break the running of code The hidden character is present in parts of the code like at the very beginning of html and in some parts of css so when css reach that hidden character it stops the execution of css so it is not styled and if you remove all hidden characters you will see that it works
