Is there an option in this app to view a python code in my device(android)?(ps:I downloaded the source code from github)

Do you mean source code, result or interpreter source code?
If source code, then you already see it when you watch the code.
If result, then the only way to see it is to click Run button with Internet turned on (as it is interpreted on their server).
If Python source code, then no.

I changed the extension to txt and opened it and it worked.Thank you.
