Sololearn rate us bug

Question

Hi all, consistently I am asked to rate sololearn. I have done so and have given it a 5 star rating. Thanks sololearn. I'm not looking to change my rating or provide any more feedback on google play. I keep getting this notification every so often. Sorry I don't know how often let's just say somewhat regularly to less often. Does this happen to other people? Unless this is a way for sololearn to keep getting feedback. I don't really see the point of that however.

To every update i get the same problem. The reason is, that they dont check if someone already rated sololearn
