10 in binary is represented as 1010 and 5 in binary is represented as 0101
We already knew that, 1 or 0 is always 1
So, 1010
0101
__________
1111 => 15(decimal representation)
Similarly, 15 => 1111
5 => 0101
Which results in 15 (1111)

Binary
1010(10) 1111(15)
0101(5) 0101(5)
---------- ---------
1111(15) 1111(15)
+ 1
