Don't put inside double quotes. That would be string.
Do this
print(0.01 * (2**30))
+ 1
The question does not ask you to use
00.1
Please look carefully at the number that you should use.
Try to write it down on a paper and read it.

You are changing cents to dollars so use .01 not .1

Print (00.1 * (2 ** 30))

Doens't matter if you put space between operator (+ or - or * or /) it's just for readability of code.
