Is visual scripting better than actual scripting?

I am learning scripting to make games, and then i came across visual scripting now im struggling on what should i use. I may ask your opinion about this two.

If your purpose is to make a certain type of games only, using tools is not a problem.

However, if you want to add some unique features to make your game standout, you need hardcoding the feature.
