I want to be a pentester and so need some guidance.

Question

I want to know how much networking is needed for being a pentester, like how much deep i have to go.
Also, what language do i should go for first.
Also a roadmap from beginner to pro would be of great help

To be a pentester (a good one). You need to be well versed in multiple programming languages, front/back end and also be very familiar with network topologies, equipment, protocols, and how said protocols work.
