Comparison of voices Python

Question

Hi, is it possible to compare two voices in Python, for example: is there my voice and the voice of another person, and is it possible to translate the result to "%"?

I think it's possible but it's quite hard to do that. Not possible by knowing only the basic of python in sololearn.
