i would put an e-commerce sistem in my website, how Can i do?
my website is finisced now so i'm not looking for CMS

Well there are 3 possibilities:
1. Write your own e-commerce system
2. Use an E-commerce CMS (PrestaShop, WooCommerce, etc)
3. Pay somebody to write it for you.

Then you should know how to setup an ecommerce ;)

If you want to do it yourself, you'll need first to create a database for your users, articles to sell, categories,Shopping Cart,... and write the whole back-end logic related to it.
For payment I recommend using libraries (PayPal, Visa).

Don't forget all the legal stuff you need to put on your e-commerce website (depends on the country you host the shop). ;)
And beware of database injections !
