I need to make a C compilar in JavaScript. How should I do this?

I do web page in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and I dont know how I make C compiler written by JavaScript??

One possible reason why this *may* not be easy is, a compiler needs read, write and delete access to file system during its work, especially to create obj files before continuing with linking process.

Javascript by itself doesn't have such file system access for security reasons. I'm not a compiler author myself, but this is what I understood.
