How to compile sass code to css on live site ?

Generally we use compiler when working locally, like using VS code extension or by installing other softwares in our system, but how to do that while working on live server like cpanel ?

Use some processor like webpack, gulp, bower before upload your code

or use some third service / add a cron to parse it with official tool.
