how can i validate username and password in my login Form ?

Hi guys , it's me again😁
I want to ask how can i validate username and password in my login Form ?
I mean when user write his username and password , it will be checked if the data of this user was saved in my Database or no
If no he should create an account

You can send email in database. If email exist it means user is already registered.
