if you are interested in web design and developement than html and css first and than javascript for frontend or php for backend.

if not, maybe python for start to meet basics. Than choose what you need mostly ;)

in web front-end is part wich is seen by users.
back-end is part wich is done on server and sent to browser.

User login and options and functions are for example done in back-end.

design of page is made in front-end
