How can i create two dimensional array 15by15 and initialized by an incrementation ?

Did you mean? Create 2 dimensional array 15x15 and assign value? what do you mean by incrementation? is it auto increment?

If you mean assigning value by auto increment

if you want an all even values just replace the value with value++ in the line arr[row][col] = value;

so the for loop sratement should be

{arr[row][col] = value++;
value++;}

and if you want an odd values replace the starting value to 1.
