Are c lang nd c++ both combined in solo learn

i'm pretty confused that c-lang is not present in solo learn,so i begin to think that c++ tutorial is a combined format of both c nd c++, am i right that both the language's are overlaped in it anyone answer me who had completed c++ tutorial
