What program should I use to write html, Javascript, CSS code and build it?

I started learn html and use atom program...but actually, I found it hard to deal with...It hasn't an observe shortcut to launch it..

Definitely VS code. Don't confuse it with visual studio which is heavier. Vs code is only 20mbs

I work with https:code.visualstudio.com/
but also I will reccomend https://codepen.io/
and https://jsfiddle.net/ .
They are actually websites and usefull too.

VSCode is the best option nowadays
