I love block coding so im learning how to write a code. Do the goverment imploy?!? P.s. White-hats are good, black-hats are bad

learn a programming language first. Learn all about computers and servers, including networks. Then it all ties together.

My guess is that you need some solid coding skills and networks knowledge. You could also participate in hackathons too to gain exposure. After all if you are whitehat you need backers to pay for your expenses and etc
