If only there was some kind of service on the Internet that would allow someone to look for such information. Maybe something using machine learning. You could call it "search engine".

I will By heart recommend you to first master basic synatx , basic data structures and some Algorithms and solve problems on coding websites(HackerEarth, CodeForces etc) and then move on! You don't need to be a pro at these problems, but some problem solving skills can be built by solving some of these problems! I know you may think it's really time consuming, you may not see the results on the spot, but it will help in future! After all those languages and syntax can be learned by anyone, it's the problem solving skills that make the difference, it's the ability to use them that makes the difference! code school and code academy have a lot of courses that would allow you learn web technologies. Periodically there are courses available in MOOC like coursera, edx, udacity which teaches about app development with tutorials, evaluated assignments, etc
