what you have to is to input only the text message, not the stars '*...'

after input is done:
take this string: "***"
add an additional space " "
add the input message
add an additional space " "
add this string "***"
=> 'add' means by using the + operator

put all this stuff in the print() function like
print("***" + " " + ....)
