The best text editor for web developers

Question

I want to know your opinion. The question is: which is the best text editor for web developers.

Especially for HTML, SASS, JS, so for doing front-end. I use Notepad++ for smaller and NetBeans IDE for bigger projects and it works for me very well.

On Linux I love Kate and KDevelop. Also sublime and Atom are on my list. Notepad++ is something I used in the passed and works good but doesn't have as many bells and whistles.
