First of all it depends,
if you are a beginner then start with
C++ (which i highly recommend ...,why not C but C++ because c++ is both procedure and object oriented.., easy to read and understand 👍) .
After being able to code flawlessly in C++ you can move on to any other language according to where you want to go in your career and comming to question itself ...Go is not necessary it's not that much popular also my brother is a software engineer and he use C++ in the project he is currently working in. ...go with python or java etc ..which are more popular.
If you want to go in Web development then go with HTML CSS and JavaScript.🙂
Hope this answer is helpful for you! 🙂
Sorry for any mistakes as I am not any professional right now 😅

No doubt it depends on what you want to build with the language.
If you tell your need/want-to-build than so many here can figure out the right weapon(s) for you
