1) Your OS won't just give your C++ code the access to use the monitor or speaker. So you need a middle-guy(that is GUI(graphical user interface) toolkit)

2) The code in the link I shared also uses such a middle-guy, his name is MS Win32 API. MS Win32 only works in windows OS, not on phone. So you can't make that code to work in your phone

3)C++doesn't provide any standard libraries to access graphics capabilities of your system. Because it doesn't know what kind of system you're using.

4) Learn some more basic stuff about CS, the operating system and others before going this deep. All the best =)
