I am on windows and working on jupyter notebook online and I am getting this error:

Run this code to check if opencv-python even exist

Assuming you use python 3.7
On cmd if windows
py -3.7 -m pip list

Or on terminal if linux
pip3 list

If not exist check Simon Sauter link it would be very useful if you are using linux
