You can't use turtle in python on Sololearn, but you can use it in web:

As mentioned by Aleksei, it does not work in Sololearn, but you could use another software such as VS code. I would also recommend putting and empty input at the end so to not terminate a script for the drawing that will pop up straight away. Happy Coding!
