You're on the right track. As an engineer (not software), I think both Martin Taylor and Saurabh Kumar Yadav were trying to give you good advice. But it's very confusing sometimes.
Your plan to start here at SoloLearn is great. Then a boot camp will take you to the next step (and yes, you'll be "hireable"). An engineer however has a formal definition that includes an accredited degree and a professional license and registration within their state of employ.
Just make sure that any "engineering" program you pay for gives you proof that they're meeting the criteria I've mentioned. Sounds like you're gonna do great!

A lot of practice too

Solo learn could be a part or It may help you to learn programming language and different technologies.
It provides basic understanding but if you want to master then you have to go on different plateforms and you should start working on projects.

I think to develop your basic its the best but to go higher u need self assessment and try developing project using 2 or more languages

As far as I've seen here, for web domain, all sololearn teaches you is web design, ReactJS development (writing react code), with just a hint of Redux. No actual back-end courses. PHP- only the syntaxes not actual web development. You could use it for brushing up on syntaxes whenever you forget some bit. Freecodecamp.org is so much better if you want to study like you do in sololearn, although I learn most stuff from Udemy or YT.

Ok and are you self taught ?

I am not. I've learnt my programming basics in college. But for the most part yeah, I did learn a lot of stuff by myself. As for web dev, we were taught WAMP/LAMP stack in college.
