You can visit the module anytime after the completion of course and beside that you can challenge someone in your preferred coding language ( only if you are using mobile app ).

You can use the certificate in the resume but it won't help you much better not rely on the certification too much.

Work on a coding project start from a minor project all the way to major one & you can add those projects in your resume.
