Why can't I change my profile picture?

Hello, so, I have tried to change my profile pictures, I search for questions about it on Sololearn, one said for I reset my cache, so I tried it, but it doesn't change nothing...when I put a new profile picture, it loads, but says that "Wasn't possible to complete it" and don't change my picture

Phone storage is 512MB (RAM), 32GB (Internal Storage), march is Positivo and this phone was create in 2017

The problem could be the RAM?

Have you tried changing it in the web version? Either way I recommend sending a bug report. Seems that this is not a one-off issue:

Yeah, I don't think it's a problem with your phone. It's more likely a problem with the SL app, so sending a bug report would be the way to go.
