How can I use Google development

I have made a coding discussion forum which is full ready with backend, front-end I want to show my website in Google search how can I do this

You need to host site and have domain, if you are not already.
Than google will scan your site and rank. (This scaning, google and all other search engine do from time to time).
So you need to do SEO, to your site be at the top, to gain more visitors.
Two things are important in SEO
1. Backlinking - this is how much links from other sites your page have. Like some blog talking about your site.. This is most important (at least for google), so many people when doing SEO are sending mails to lot of blogs, and asking people to talk about tham.
But links from social media dont count (does not give vote, just count of how many you have)
2. Finding good keywords - what other website similar to yours dont use, but users search for. There is some tools to analise this.

I suggest you to read some books (there are good free books on internet, just look for most popular and recent) to learn more about this.
