Sololearn have missed my daily streak but I am using it on daily basis. Is it bug?

In today morning when i opened Sololearn I got a notification of 357 days of streak, but in evening it is showing 1 day of streak.
Why is it so?
What should to do?

Aha, same glitch on my page too. Gotta catch'em all 😂.

My friends claim, they see a much bigger number. You know, I trust them more than SL. Nothing surprises me anymore.

The bug is on the profile page. SL knows that the dashboard shows the correct daily streak.

Denise Roßberg okay, i just checked my streak on dashboard in activity feed it is showing 357, but on profile page it is showing 1 day streak!
I don't want to loose my streak that's why i have posted here!

It is happening after new update so don't worry problem will be resolved just keep Screenshot of profile page and activity feed. So atleast you can have some proof to show.

I think they are working on profile section because before the update when someone lost streak then all days streak becomes red but now only inactive days streak becomes red and rest blue.

It seems that Vitya is too having same type of glitch!
Cause I can see on her profile a 6 day of streak whereas some Sololearner are claiming that vitya is having a big number of streak.

I'm A Baked Potato if you able to see your correct streak in notification drawer it means you haven't loose your streak, it's just a bug of Sololearn, hope this to resolve soon. You can also check your actual streak on dashboard in your activity feed page.

That is a bug.
That happens to me when I updated the app
You have your streak already. You can downgrade the app. And it will show on your profile

You streak it is still there cause I can see your 357 day streak. So this bug will happen on some accounts when you update the app.

And even though you have updated the app. your streak won't be lost. It will be visible to other users via the profile page

Yes, I had this mistake as well.
But it was a little different.
I go to sololearn without internet and I don't think I went to sololearn
I don't know why, but I think it needs to be fixed.

As got more then 280 streak my myself last summer I lost it due to colon cancer surgery. I spent 7 days in the ICU and 4 weeks partial recovery at my loca hospital. In 2020 I broke off my right knee grom the Tibia completely and lost another spree af almost 300 days streak here at SoloLearn. As I am given up as my cancer is not curable.
