Need help for refund

I found out today that I had forgotten to turn of my account that I have only used once, this means that Sololearn have now taken a annual membership. is there any way to get a refund since, I have used the service more than once?

I have unknown charges that l didn't authorize wanna refund last month l has 2 dispute charges with my bank & y'all still taking money out of my account smh
