Lost all progress

Hello, I have done like 10 or 12 lessons in the „python for beginners” course and after the last update all of my progress was lost. I kept all of my achievements, but the app wants me to start from lesson 1, does anyone have similar problem and maybe know what should I do? Thanks a lot.

Perfect ! I wrote to them too, i was following « python for beginners » just like you and lost everything ! I’ll keep you updated too !

Same problem on my side (also with python for beginners). Reinstallation didn't help.

I simply just started again.. helped to tell myself that it was a refresher. Of course, skipped most of the illustration exercises to proceed faster

Same here - have emailed but no response. Im using the pro trial at the moment and am really surprised there has been no response so far

If anyone is still interested in finding the answer to our problem, I just got an email from the support saying that they synced my progress and indeed they did! Hope everyone experiencing this issue got their progress back too. Thank you all for contributing to this post. Keep learning!

Reinstalling the app doesnt work. They havent been very responsive and Im experiencing the same issue - Ive asked them to sync my progress sinilar to V3spy - hope that works and thanks for the suggestion.
