Where I can start the implementation of prediction?

Question

I have to implement a mobile application to predict the glaucoma eye disease using the symptoms of the patient. So when the patient selects the list of symptoms which are already given in app, should predict and display the details.

So I have no idea where to start over and which technologies should I use apart from the Python and how to train the dataset to predict and is there any algorithm I have to use?

I will appreciate if you can give a brief idea about this.
