Do you mean OOP (object orientated program)?
OOP involves leverage classes or interfaces to program an application. This dramatically increases maintanability of an app compared to procedual programming. Some examples of OOP include MVC & MVVM design patterns. Since OOP isn’t language specific i’d recommend learn MVC with PHP on youtube as there are a number of videos on that. You can then take your knowledge of MVC and apply it to python. Youtube would be your best option for this
