Can someone help me in this problem?

I am confused in lesson no 3.The problem is that string is given in double quotes but when i select a option that is in double quotes, they make it wrong.

Lesson quiz? what was the question and the choices? or is it the one with drag & drop answer? if it is the drag & drop one, then what are the options?
