It depends of course on what you want to do, but if you ever want to develop anything you'll need Javascript. I'd recommend to complete the HTML *first* and then go for CSS and Javascript.

No, it's not necessarily to learn JavaScript, in order to learn HTML, but it's required to learn css and html together. With html and css you can build any static webpages you wish. Below is an object purely built by html and css https://code.sololearn.com/WWNwYFjRqlyd/?ref=app You only need JavaScript when you want to build a user interactive dynamic webpage. For example, the roulette object above is a static object web component, if you need to build a roulette game with the start game button and scoring, then you would need JavaScript to write interactive game codes to form a dynamic web component.

No you can learn HTML 5 with out JavaScript. However if you want your pages to be interactive then you must learn JavaScript.

Don't try to learn all 3 at once. Start with HTML first. Then CSS, then JavaScript.

Your task is to develop a github repository titled ICTB _Group initialize your project with ReadMe and make it private, then make a brief description on how to apply four pillars of java to your existing c programming function source code
