Custom Cursor Effects

Question

First problem. my css :active transform: scale when ever u try to run the code and hold down ur mouse, wait a couple of seconds and u can see the cusor growing in a way. second problem, most of the time my :active is not working, if u do not know what :active is i suggest u look on google. 3rdly my @keyframes spin2 is not working because of this :active problem i think. Lastly my background-color: white is not working either

Have you tested your code on different browsers? You code behaves differently in a desktop web browser oppose to the app. You could look into WebKit Extensions to get your code to work correctly on different browsers.
