After designing and developing a site.. How do i make it go live on the live web server (world wide web)

You need to host web site (pay to publish site online), there are way to publish site for free, you can use github pages, or some free hosting site, but this site host your site as subdomain, so your link is somethin like: SomeHostingExampleSite.com/YourSite

I dont have experience with publishing web site that much.
On github when you post it will be page on github(subdomain), this is fine for publishing your portfolio and something like that.
