Cant install XAMPp on macbook

Question

I have the same problem as it is on this link: https://community.apachefriends.org/f/viewtopic.php?t=82123&p=276778
Does anyone else have the same issue?

What OS version do you run?
Had this with logic, solved by opening app then going to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > and pressed "Open Anyway"
If you have older then Catalina you should have a "Allow apps downloaded from *Anywhere*" in your security and privacy settings.

Macbook Air M1
Just checked that out, a pressed start and it's says
